  2. Find the appropriate details below for the type of claim you wish to make.
  3. Follow the instructions.

You will receive a return email confirming the lodgement of your submission.

Please note: Your failure to complete the correct claim form or use an incorrect address for your claim type will cause significant delays in the processing of the claim.

Things to be careful of:

  1. Don’t get confused between property belonging to the club (ISR) and members (Members Golf Suite).
  2. Don’t get confused between Personal Accident (Volunteer Workers) for people volunteering at the club and Personal Accident for members (Members Golf Suite).
  3. Ensure claims for motorised carts are lodged under the policy they are insured under (ISR or Members Golf Suite).

    To assist in expediting your claim, where possible please attach;

    • Please attach police complaint acknowledgement forms for all cases of theft or loss.
    • Receipts or other documents to establish evidence of ownership and the value of each item. In cases of equipment or property please supply evidence of serial numbers for confirmation to manufacturers and the police.
    • Repair quotes.
